Following the recent wedding of Danielle and Mark I found myself back in familiar surrounds for this Horsley Park wedding, or rather renewal of vows. Stephanie and Owen were actually married some eight months back in the States, and they did it all over again in the Anglo version on this July Saturday.
No preparations were required so my day started at this De Vere venue shortly before the ceremony. Although this was a renewal of vows it had the feel of a normal wedding so it was business as usual for me. The ceremony took place in the Charles Barry room and then it was outside to enjoy the sporadic sunshine and some music. This was being provided by the Egham Band who Owen played with for a number of years before his move across the pond. As you’ll see in the images below, Owen also got involved in the action as he played a couple of songs with his band mates, and indeed Stephanie also got involved with some impromptu conducting. Entertainment for the kids was provided in the form of a bouncy castle and then we paid a quick visit to the chapel for a few pictures before the wedding breakfast.
Speeches included one from mother of the bride, then it was swiftly on to the cutting of the cake and then straight into the first dance. A really enjoyable day at a great wedding venue. I really enjoy working at Horsley Towers, the staff are very good, the grounds are fantastic and the weather has been kind to me on all three visits now, it all makes for some great wedding photography.
So here’s some images from the day, please feel free to like or share on your various social media platforms and also feel free to leave a comment below if you like the images. I’m now gearing up for a busy month of weddings in August so please check back throughout the month, or if you’d like to keep updated then please come and like my Facebook page where you’ll get all the latest updates and a few images along the way.
