A look back at 2011 – Portraits

As another year comes to a close, I find myself as always looking back to some of the work I’ve done over the past twelve months and picking out a few favourites.  It’s been another great year for me and the portrait photography side of things is still going strong despite the increasing number of…

Family Portrait Photography in Surrey, at Virginia Water Lake

They say there’s no rest for the wicked and that proved to be the case yesterday morning as I went from wedding photographer to portrait photographer. Following on from my double header of weddings and the fairly late return home on Saturday, I was up bright and early for a trip over to Virginia Water…

Child and family portrait photography in Redhill, Surrey

This afternoon I travelled to sunny Redhill in Surrey to take some portrait shots of three children. It was a fairly simple brief, the parents just wanted a few individual portraits of each child. The Magic of Disney

The blog’s been a bit quiet in recent weeks so this is a stop gap post until the work recommences this weekend, just to show what I’ve been up to. March was always going to be an ideal time to go away, before the wedding photography season kicks in and the last year of having…

Family photography in Surrey

Today saw me shoot one of my last outside portrait photography sessions of the year. Now that the weather’s getting cold and the days are shorter, people are more inclined to go for the indoor sessions with the mobile studio, but the family I was working with this afternoon were very keen to go outside….
