FAQ

What areas do you cover as a wedding photographer?

My wedding photographer packages are available all over Surrey, Hampshire, London, Berkshire and Middlesex, with most of greater London covered.  Typically I cover the following towns as a wedding photographer, but this is only a small portion;

Walton-on-Thames, Weybridge, Addlestone, Chertsey, Byfleet, Woking, Guildford, Petersfield, Farnham, Twickenham, Richmond, Esher, Molesey, Kingston-upon-Thames, Teddington, Putney, Thames Ditton, Chessington, Sutton, Cheam, Croydon, Worplesdon, Windsor, Sunningdale, Egham, Virginia Water, Staines, Whitton, Camberley, Basingstoke, Send, Hampton, Chiswick, Dorking, Farnborough, Bray, Shepperton, Reading, Windsor and Wokingham.

How do we book you to be our wedding photographer?

It’s simply a case of paying at least 25% which is the required booking fee to secure the date, and completing a booking form.  As soon as the booking fee is paid, the date is secured and I will counter sign the contract and send you a copy.  I am then confirmed as your wedding photographer!

When does the balance have to be paid by?

Four weeks prior to the wedding date.  You’re more than welcome to spread payments if this makes it easier for you.

What areas do you cover as a portrait photographer?

This depends on availability for the date requested.  I tend to cover most of Surrey and parts of West/South West London, but generally go up to 20 miles in radius from Walton-on-Thames in Surrey, so please contact me detailing the dates and location required.

How much room do I need for you to come to my house with your mobile studio?

I need a minimum of 12 foot in width and 12 foot in length, with a ceiling 8 foot high.  The background is supported by a collapsible frame.  If there isn’t enough room, people tend to move things temporarily to make room, then simply put things back where they were once I’ve gone.

What should I wear for a portrait photography session?

Nice bright colours always work best, especially with the mobile studio.  Try to avoid dark and bland colours such as black/white/grey and/or light colours.

How do I view my pictures and make an order?

Shortly after the shoot has taken place, I will email you a password so you can go into your gallery and view your images, which will stay online for fourteen days.  You can then purchase prints, canvases and digital images online and pay by Paypal, bank transfer or cheque.  Your prints will usually be received by you within ten days of cleared payment.

Are my images safe?

Yes.  The site has protection in place to stop people from downloading your images.  The only way people can obtain the images is to pay for them and to do that they would need to be given the password given to you after the shoot that allows access to your portfolio of images.  This password is not given to anyone other than you and anyone you decide to give it to.

Do you cater for children’s parties, schools, nurseries and playgroups?

Yes, I can bring my studio to your party, school, nursery or playgroup providing you can meet the space requirements as set out above.  Alternatively I can just take ‘non-studio’ shots if you require something less formal.  Please use the contact button at the top to send me details, such as location, date required and number of children and I will get back to you within 24 hours.

Are you insured?

Yes, I am insured for £5M for third party injury and property damage.  A copy of my current certificate can be provided on request.
